Are the lights waterproof? What’s the IP rating?
The IP rating varies by product and is shown on each product page. As a rule of thumb, IP65 withstands rain and light water jets, while IP44 protects against splashes. None of our lights are designed for immersion.
How do I install them? Do they require wiring?
It depends on the product. Some models are wire-free (rechargeable/solar), while others connect to mains power (110–240V). We include a manual and, when applicable, screws/anchors or double-sided tape. For fixed electrical installations, we recommend a qualified professional.
What color temperature and brightness do they have?
We list color temperature (K) and lumen output (lm) on the product page. Typical options: 2700–3000K (warm), 4000K (neutral), 6000–6500K (cool). Some items feature dimming or 3 brightness modes.
Is the LED integrated? Do I need to replace bulbs?
Most lights use integrated LEDs with a typical lifespan of 30,000–50,000 hours. There’s no routine bulb replacement; any service, if ever needed, is technical and infrequent.
What’s the warranty and how do returns/exchanges work?
